This took maybe about an hour, just really fast, forcing myself to constantly mix my own colours and refresh my skin tonnes and yeah...Kurt Cobain. Boom! He kinda looks like a cross between himself, Gerard Way and maybe Jared Leto? I dunno...

So yesterday was an off day for me, i woke up all confused thinking it was Friday and well, nothing got done. A portrait a day kept the doctor at something something...

So! I'm a lazy bum and I need a challenge that will both motivate and teach me, thus! I have decided to try and bang out a portrait a day! I started t'other other day when I did a portrait of the character I sketched and posted earlier *see below

That portrait came out like this...

But that was a few days ago, so I'm starting my one portrait a day doo dah from this point here....with a speed paint of Mr Keith Richards <3

Sketchy but delightful...his face makes me happy lol. Hopefully this will be the start of awesomesauce :D We'll see who pops up next ^^

Todays Commission

:) I'm quite happy with it, was trying out a few new things and drawing the tattoos was fun. I still really need to practice more, I used to sketch constanly but I find myself not in the habbit anymore :( this must change! So I've been sitting with my sketchbook for a few hours now and so far I have a character developing.

I don't have a name for him yet, so far I'm looking at names like 'Guy' or 'Isaac' or something like that. We'll see. He's a bit of neck XD
But anyway, I'll be updating this blog with a new sketch every other day to force myself to practice. I need to get better. weeee!
